Healthier Together Oregon provides a common vision and shared priorities for how to improve health for people in our state. Some of the strategies are already in progress. Much of this work is new and innovative. An equitable future is within our reach. We can get there as we work together, align our goals and measures, and co-create with impacted communities.

Healthier Together Oregon will inform Community Health Improvement Plans developed with Coordinated Care Organizations, local public health authorities, Community Advisory Councils, and hospitals. It will affect state agency policies, partnerships and investments. It will also provide a roadmap for organizations wanting to improve health in their community.
